Setsubun has been recently celebrated in Japan.
This Japanese festival celebrates the coming of Spring.
Earlier this day was considered to be the start of the New Year.
Japanese people throw roasted beans as a ritual of chasing away evil spirits & say:
Oni wa soto! Fuku wa uchi!
It is also time for Obake, a custom compared to Halloween.
On 2/11 2pm Toshifuku san & the Nakanoshima Okiya will be performing a show on Setsubun.
